  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 g Milk
  • 100 g Olive oil
  • 100 g Grated gruyère

  • 2 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 1 g Lemon
  • 100 g Cooked peeled shrimp

Baking & Garnishing

  2. Grease and flour a cake tin.

Cake Batter Preparation

  1. Cut into small pieces, and add 200 g of smoked salmon, 200 g of salmon fillet in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  4. Wash the food processor bowl.
  5. Add 3 eggs, 150 g of flour, 100 g of milk, 100 g of olive oil, 100 g of grated gruyère, 100 g of fresh liquid cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Transfer the content of the bowl by using the spatula in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula

Baking & Garnishing

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 40min.
  3. Check if the cake is cooked with a skewer
  4. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 5min.
  5. Let the cake cool slightly before unmolding it.

Cream Preparation

  1. Add 100 g of fresh liquid cream in the bowl.
  2. Cut in two, and add 1 g of lemon in the bowl.
  3. Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Baking & Garnishing

  1. Spread the content of the bowl on the cake mold.
  2. Distribute 100 g of cooked peeled shrimp on the cake mold.
  3. Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of chili powder adjust according to the tastes on the cake mold.
