- 200 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Honey
- 15 g Lemon juice
- 10 g Orange blossom water
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
- 150 g Butter
Steps
Walnut Filling
- Add 200 g of mix of nuts in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Syrup
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of water, 200 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Add 30 g of honey, 15 g of lemon juice, 10 g of orange blossom water, 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl let cool.
Assembling and Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 150 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 60°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
- Lay one sheet of Filo dough on a flat surface.
- Brush with melted Butter.
- Repeat with 2 more layers of Filo dough.
