- 200 g Apple
- 250 g Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 50 g Sunflower oil
- 30 g Fresh baker's yeast
- 300 g Flour
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
Steps
- Peel, cut in four, hollow out, and add 200 g of apple in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 9sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a bowl.
- Add 250 g of milk, 2 eggs, 50 g of granulated sugar, 50 g of sunflower oil, 30 g of fresh baker's yeast, 300 g of flour, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 4:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Add the reserved chopped apples into the bowl of the food processor.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Setaside in a mixing bowl cover with towel during 25min.
- Scoop the dough with a spoon, place it in a pan with heated oil, and fry it on both sides until it turns golden brown.
- Serve immediately with cinnamon sugar or to taste.
