- 100 g Almond
- 200 g Oatmeal flake
- 100 g Dried apricot
- 100 g Prune
- 50 g Sunflower seed
- 1 Almond
- 50 g Honey
- 20 g Olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
Steps
Prepare dried fruits and nuts
- Add 100 g of almond in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content at the bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Cut dried apricots and prunes into smaller pieces if desired.
Combine dry ingredients
- Add 200 g of oatmeal flake, 100 g of dried apricot, 100 g of prune, 50 g of sunflower seed, 1 almond in the bowl.
Create honey mixture
- Add 50 g of honey, 20 g of olive oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the bowl.
- Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
Bake the muesli
- Preheat the oven at 150°C.
- Spread the content of the bowl on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
- Cook in the oven at 150°C during 20min.
- Stir halfway through, until golden brown.
Cool and store
- Let the Muesli cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Transfer the content of the baking tray in an airtight jar.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Serve Cold.
