Meat Sauce

Add 500 g of ground beef in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Add 500 g of tomato puree, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 1 pinch(es) of dried oregano in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.

Pasta Cooking

Cook the Fusilli according to the package instructions, using a separate cooking method.

Combination

Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Add 250 g of fusilli in the bowl.
Stir until well mixed.
Transfer the content of the bowl in a baking dish.

Final Baking

Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Sprinkle 150 g of mozzarella on the baking dish.
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.
Serve Hot.
