- Add 2 sheet(s) of gelatin in the food processor bowl.

- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl let cool.
Whipped Cream
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Place the whisk.
- Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Assembly
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a dessert bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 3h .
