  • 80 g Flour t55
  • 220 g Banana
  • 50 g Milk chocolate

Steps

Brownie Batter

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Grease and line a square baking pan.
  3. Cut into small pieces, and add 150 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  4. Add 150 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  6. Add 150 g of granulated sugar, 3 eggs in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  8. Add 80 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
  9. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  10. Sliced, and add 220 g of banana in the food processor bowl.
  11. Gently fold the bananas into the batter.
  12. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking tray.
  13. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
  14. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  15. Setaside the preparation content on the baking tray let cool.

Chocolate Sauce & Plating

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Cut into small pieces, and add 50 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 2:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  4. Cut the brownie into squares.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a plate.
  6. Drizzle melted Milk Chocolate over brownie squares.
  7. Top each brownie with a quenelle of Vanilla Ice Cream.
  8. Serve Immediately.
