- 5 g Salt
- 20 g Olive oil
- 1 Slice(s) Ham slice
- 15 g Mozzarella

Dough
- Add 120 g of water, 15 g of fresh baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
- Add 250 g of flour, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content in the mixing bowl cover with towel during 1h .
Stuffing & Assembly
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Flatten each bun into a small circle.
- Place 1 slice(s) of ham slice in some dough.
- Place 15 g of mozzarella in the dough.
- Close the dough around the filling, forming a ball.
- Place the content of the dough on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
- Brush 1 egg on the dough.
Baking
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
