Ingredients
- 200 g Broccoli
- 100 g Red pepper
- 100 g Orange pepper
- 100 g Red cabbage
- 50 g Heart of lettuce
- 30 g Olive oil
- 15 g Balsamic vinegar
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Steps
Broccoli florets
- Add 200 g of broccoli in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Peppers strips
- Cut the Red Peppers into strips manually
- Add 100 g of red pepper in the bowl.
- Cut the Orange Peppers into strips manually
- Add 100 g of orange pepper in the bowl.
Shredded Red Cabbage
- Shred Red Cabbage manually
- Add 100 g of red cabbage in the bowl.
Lettuce strips
- Cut the Heart Of Lettuce into strips manually
- Add 50 g of heart of lettuce in the bowl.
Dressing
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 30 g of olive oil, 15 g of balsamic vinegar, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl over a salad bowl.
Final Assembly
