- 60 g Icing sugar
- 60 g Egg
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 60 g Flour t55
- 10 g White sesame seed
- 10 g Black sesame seeds
Steps
Dough
- Add 50 g of butter, 60 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 60 g of egg only white, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 60 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using the spatula in a piping bag.
- Pipe thin, elongated shapes onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each one.
- Sprinkle 10 g of white sesame seed on a preparation content.
- Sprinkle 10 g of black sesame seeds on the preparation content.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 8min.
- Let the Sesame Cat Tongues cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Transfer the content of the baking tray on a strainer let cool.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
