Orange Segments
- Segment the Oranges, removing all pith and seeds.
- Setaside the preparation content in the container.
Freezing & Blending
- Add 10 g of lemon juice in the preparation content.
- Stir the orange syrup.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a freezer bag.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .
- Transfer the content of the freezer bag in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
