Shepherd's Pie using a Thermomix

Hash Parmentier is the French answer to comfort food, where savory ground beef meets the creamy embrace of mashed potatoes, all baked to golden perfection. Originating from the French dish 'Shepherd's Pie', it’s a delightful way to use up leftovers – a practice embraced by thrifty cooks for centuries. Legend has it that this dish was invented to give a proper send-off to the humble potato after the Great Irish Famine. With a sprinkle of nutmeg and a gooey layer of Emmental cheese, you won’t just be feeding your belly; you'll be indulging in a hug from the inside out! So grab your fork and dive into this deliciously warm dish – just be careful not to get lost in the cheesy goodness!
