- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Breadcrumb
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Fresh parsley
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 100 g White wine
- 100 g Beef broth
- 15 g Caper
Steps
Meatball Mixture
- Add 500 g of ground beef in a bowl.
- Add 1 egg, 50 g of breadcrumb, 1 teaspoon(s) of garlic powder in the bowl.
- Chop, and add 2 tablespoon(s) of fresh parsley in the bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
- Mix well with your hands.
- Form the mixture into small, irregular-shaped meatballs.
- Heat Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the Meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer the content of the frypan in a plate.
Caper Sauce
- Add 30 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Add 30 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 100°C / Speed 3.
- Add 100 g of white wine, 100 g of beef broth in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 90°C / Speed 3.
- Add 15 g of caper, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
Potatoes
- Peel Potatoes and cut into halves or quarters.
- Boil Potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain Potatoes and toss with Salted Butter.
Final Assembly
- Transfer the content of the plate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 90°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Serve Hot.
- Serve the Meatballs with Caper Sauce over the cooked Potatoes.
- Garnish with chopped Fresh Parsley.
