  • 4 Eggs
  • 90 g Granulated Sugar
  • 125 g Flour
  • 0.5 Bag Baking Powder
  • 500 g Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. Warm up the oven at 180°C.
  2. Place the whisk.
  3. Add 4 eggs, 90 g granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Add 125 g the flour, ½ bag of the baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 25sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Pour the mixture onto a sponge cake tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Cook in the oven during 10min.
  9. Take the ice creams out of the freezer.
  10. Cover the inside of a bowl with cling film.
  11. Cut out two circles from the sponge cakes: one the size of your mixing bowl and the other smaller.
  12. Add 500 g the vanilla ice cream in the salad bowl.
