Ingredients
- 100 g Butter
- 85 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Cassonade brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla sugar
- 140 g Flour
- 180 g Oatmeal flake
- 140 g Raisin
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Salt
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Add 100 g of butter, 85 g of granulated sugar, 100 g of cassonade brown sugar, 1 egg, 2 teaspoon(s) of vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 140 g of flour, 180 g of oatmeal flake, 140 g of raisin, ½ teaspoon(s) of baking soda, ½ teaspoon(s) of baking powder, ½ teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Using a tablespoon, take 1 to 2 heaping tablespoons per cookie, depending on the desired size. Roll into balls and place them 5 cm apart on the prepared trays.
- Cook the oven at 180°C during 10min to 12min.
- Let it rest on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring it to a rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, serve or store in an airtight container.
