  4. Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.

Add Plums

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a cake pan
  3. Cut in two, pit, sliced, and add 300 g of plum on a cutting board.
  4. Transfer the content of the bowl in a cake mold.
  5. Arrange the sliced plums evenly over the batter.
  6. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool completely in the pan before transferring it to a serving plate.

Final Touches
