- 125 g Flour t55

- 2 Tablespoon(s) Icing sugar
Steps
Cake Batter
- Add 125 g of butter, 125 g of granulated sugar, 2 eggs in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 125 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Add Plums
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Grease and flour a cake pan
- Cut in two, pit, sliced, and add 300 g of plum on a cutting board.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in a cake mold.
- Arrange the sliced plums evenly over the batter.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan before transferring it to a serving plate.
Final Touches
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoon(s) of icing sugar on a plate.
