  • 15 g Fresh baker's yeast
  • 60 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 300 g Flour t55
  • 120 g Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) Cinnamon powder
  • 20 g Icing sugar

Steps

Dough

  1. Add 120 g of milk, 15 g of fresh baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
  3. Add 30 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 egg, 300 g of flour t55, 60 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  6. Setaside the dough in the mixing bowl cover with towel during 1h .

Filling & Assembly

  1. Add 60 g of butter, 2 tablespoon(s) of cinnamon powder, 30 g of granulated sugar in the mixing bowl.
  2. Mix butter with cinnamon powder and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  4. Roll the risen dough out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
  5. Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Fold the dough in half lengthwise, then cut into two long strips.
  7. Twist the two strips together, then form the twisted dough into a ring shape.
  8. Place the ring on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  9. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.

Final Touches

  1. Let the Kringle cool slightly on a wire rack.
  2. Sprinkle 20 g of icing sugar on a plate.
  3. Serve Immediately.
