By downloading or using the application, these conditions automatically apply to you. You must therefore ensure that you read them carefully before using the application. You may not copy or modify the application, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor may you attempt to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions. The application itself, as well as all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights, remain the property of KudoCook Sarl.
KudoCook Sarl is committed to making the application as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the application or its services without clearly explaining what you are paying for.
The KudoCook application stores and processes the personal data you have provided to us, in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to secure your phone and access to the application. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which involves removing the software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system. Doing so could leave your phone vulnerable to malware/virus/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and cause the KudoCook application to work incorrectly or not at all.
The application uses third-party services that declare their terms and conditions.
Please note that KudoCook Sarl does not assume responsibility for certain elements. Some functions of the application require an active Internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but KudoCook Sarl cannot be held responsible for the fact that the application does not function fully if you do not have access to a Wi-Fi connection and if you no longer have a data allowance.
If you use the application outside an area with Wi-Fi, remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. As a result, your mobile provider may charge you the cost of data for the duration of the connection when accessing the app, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for these charges, including data roaming charges if you use the application outside your home territory (i.e. your region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, please note that we assume that you have received authorization from the bill payer to use the application.
In the same vein, KudoCook Sarl cannot always assume responsibility for the way you use the application, i.e. you must ensure that your device remains charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot switch it on to use the Service, KudoCook Sarl cannot assume responsibility.
With regard to KudoCook Sarl’s liability for your use of the application, when using the application it is important to bear in mind that, although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. KudoCook Sarl accepts no responsibility for any loss, direct or indirect, that you may incur by relying entirely on this application feature.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – requirements for both systems (and any additional systems to which we decide to extend the app’s availability) may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using the app. KudoCook Sarl does not promise that it will always update the App so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version of Android and iOS you have installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the App when they are offered to you, We may also wish to cease providing the App, and may terminate its use at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the Application and (if necessary) remove it from your device.

We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. We recommend that you check this page regularly for any changes. These terms and conditions are effective as of 2024-03-12.
