Steps
Pastry
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 5 g of salt, 125 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 egg, 50 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Shape the dough into a ball.
- Wrap it in cling film.
- Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.
Onion Filling
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 500 g of white onion, 150 g of bacon match in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 200 g of whole thick cream, 100 g of gruyere, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper, 1 g of ground nutmeg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll out the pastry.
- Place it in a tart pan.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl over the dough.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
