  3. Add 1 egg, 50 g of water in the food processor bowl.

  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Shape the dough into a ball.
  7. Wrap it in cling film.
  8. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.

Onion Filling

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 500 g of white onion, 150 g of bacon match in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  4. Add 200 g of whole thick cream, 100 g of gruyere, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper, 1 g of ground nutmeg in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Roll out the pastry.
  3. Place it in a tart pan.
  4. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl over the dough.
  5. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
