- Add 200 g of pink biscuit from reims in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 50 g of raspberry jam in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the form a cake mold.
- Press the mixture into the base of a triangular cake mold.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 30min.
Cream Preparation
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:30min / 0°C / Speed 4.
Assembly
- Remove the content of the cake mold on a plate.
- Spread the content of the food processor bowl on the plate.
- Sprinkle 100 g of raspberry on the plate.
- Serve Immediately.
