Beef and Vegetables

  1. Cut Beef Chuck into medium cubes.
  2. Peel and dice the Onions and Potatoes.
  3. Deseed and chop the Green Peppers into pieces.
  4. Chop the Garlic.

  3. Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  5. Add 20 g of tomato puree, 10 g of paprika in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 2:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  7. Add 500 g of beef chuck, 15 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
  9. Add 400 g of tomato peeled in juice, 400 g of beef broth, 1 bay leaf, 5 g of caraway seed, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 60:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.

Final Cooking

  1. Add 300 g of potato, 150 g of green pepper in the food processor bowl.
