  • 120 g Granulated sugar
  • 100 g Water
  • 30 g Lemon

Steps

Pineapple Base

  1. Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of pineapple in the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
  4. Add 100 g of water, 30 g of lemon in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
  6. Setaside the preparation content let cool.

Freezing

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer bag.
  2. Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .

Churning

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Cut the frozen pineapple mixture into 2-3 cm cubes.
  3. Add 500 g of pineapple in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  5. If needed, repeat blending for another 10-20 seconds.

Serving

  1. Serve Immediately.
  2. Garnish with additional fresh Pineapple pieces, if desired.
