Ingredients
- 200 g Onion
- 30 g Olive oil
- 500 g Tomato
- 70 g Tomato puree
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 1 Pinch(es) Mild red pepper
- 400 g Ground beef
- 100 g Ricotta
- 300 g Pre-cooked lasagna
- 250 g Milk
- 20 g Whole wheat flour
- 20 g Butter
Steps
- Cut in two, and add 200 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 30 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of tomato in a workplan.
- Add 70 g of tomato puree, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of mild red pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed .
- Take 200 grams of the tomato preparation from the bowl and leave the rest in the bowl.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 400 g of ground beef, 100 g of ricotta in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Add 300 g of pre-cooked lasagna on the workplan.
- Lay the lasagna sheets flat on a clean kitchen towel.
- Spread the filling over the lasagna sheets. Roll the sheets up to form cylinders before placing them in a baking dish. Set aside.
- Place the 200 g of reserved tomato sauce in the bowl of the food processor.
- Add 250 g of milk, 20 g of whole wheat flour, 20 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 6:00min / 90°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle grated Gruyère cheese on top.
- Cook in the oven with rotating heat at 180°C during 20min.
- At the end of the cooking, switch to grill mode for 5 minutes before serving.
