- 200 g Goat cheese
- 50 g Clotted cream
- 50 g Honey
- 50 g Powdered almond
- 2 Eggs
- 350 g Fig
- 30 g Cassonade brown sugar
Steps
- Preheat the oven with the grill at 180°C.
- Add 200 g of goat cheese, 50 g of clotted cream, 50 g of honey, 50 g of powdered almond, 2 eggs only the yellow in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Cut in four, and add 350 g of fig on a workplan.
