Fig gratin using a Thermomix

Imagine a culinary embrace where the sweet, sun-kissed figs meet the tangy charm of goat cheese, all draped in a luscious clotted cream that whispers secrets of indulgence. This Fig Gratin is not just a dish; it's a celebration of flavors that harks back to the Mediterranean, where figs have been revered since ancient times, often dubbed the 'fruit of the gods.' As you savor each bite, let the honey's golden touch and the crunch of powdered almonds transport you to a sunlit terrace overlooking olive groves, where every meal feels like a festive gathering.
