Steps

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Add 100 g of butter, 85 g of granulated sugar, 100 g of cassonade brown sugar, 1 egg, 2 teaspoon(s) of vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Add 140 g of flour, 180 g of oatmeal flake, 140 g of raisin, ½ teaspoon(s) of baking soda, ½ teaspoon(s) of baking powder, ½ teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix knead: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 2.
  7. Using a tablespoon, take 1 to 2 heaping tablespoons per cookie, depending on the desired size. Roll into balls and place them 5 cm apart on the prepared trays.
