Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 120 g Butter
- 60 g Granulated sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 7 Figs
- 100 g Powdered almond
- 100 g Fresh liquid cream
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Orange blossom water
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Honey
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 250 g of flour, 120 g of butter, 60 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Mix knead: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Spread the dough in a buttered and floured loaf pan. Poke the bottom with a fork.
- Cut in four, and dispose 7 figs on some dough.
- Add 100 g of powdered almond, 100 g of fresh liquid cream, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon(s) of orange blossom water, 1 tablespoon(s) of honey in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the preparation over the figs.
- Cook in the oven during 40min.
- Let it cool before serving.
