  • 80 g Icing sugar
  • 130 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g Granulated sugar
  • 80 g Lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoon(s) Lemon zest
  • 20 g Cornflour (maïzena)
  • 0.5 Bag(s) Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Add 220 g of flour, 80 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Cut into small pieces, and add 130 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
  5. Place the mixture in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Spread and press the mixture evenly with your hands.
  6. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
  7. Wash the food processor bowl.
  8. Add 4 eggs, 200 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  9. Add 80 g of lemon juice in a bowl.
  10. Add 3 tablespoon(s) of lemon zest, 20 g of cornflour (maïzena), ½ bag(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  11. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  12. Once the crust is baked, take the dish out of the oven and pour the filling over the hot crust.
  13. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
  14. Let the preparation cool down before cutting it into squares.
  15. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
