- 500 g Zucchini
- 150 g Emmental
- 200 g Pre-cooked lasagna

- Add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.

- Add 50 g of flour t55, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 500 g of milk gradually in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 90°C / Speed 4.
- Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.
Zucchini
- Add 500 g of zucchini in the food processor bowl.
- Slice the zucchini into long strips using a mandoline or knife.
- Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 150 g of emmental in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.
Assembly
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of Béchamel Sauce.
- Add 200 g of pre-cooked lasagna on a baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of zucchini slices over the pasta, then cover with another layer of Béchamel Sauce and some grated Emmental.
- Repeat layers of pasta, zucchini, Béchamel Sauce, and Emmental until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of Béchamel Sauce and a generous amount of grated Emmental.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
