- Add 500 g of chestnut in the food processor bowl.

Cooking the Jam
- Add 250 g of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 2. Filler cap open
- Check the consistency of the jam. If it's too liquid, continue to the next step, otherwise skip it.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 2. Filler cap open
Storing
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately and let cool completely before storing.
