Steps

Batter

Add 250 g of flour, 2 eggs, 250 g of blond beer, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Add 1 tablespoon(s) of herb of provence in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 2.
Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.

Chorizo

Cut the chorizo into bite-sized pieces.
Add 200 g of chorizo at a workplan.
Cook in the oven with an oil base at 180°C.
Add 100 g of olive oil in a frypan.
Dip each chorizo piece into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
Carefully place the battered chorizo into the hot olive oil.
Fry the oven at 180°C during 2min.
Remove the content of the frypan on a plate.
Place the fried chorizo bites on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve Hot.
