Steps

Dough

  1. Add 150 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 3 eggs, 100 g of milk, 1 vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Add 250 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Add 100 g of candied fruit, 50 g of raisin in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold to be greased before.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
  4. Check if the cake is baked through by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
  5. Setaside the cake mold let cool.

Final Touches

  1. Unmold the cake.
  2. Sprinkle 15 g of icing sugar on the cake mold.
  3. Serve Immediately.
