- 3 Eggs
- 100 g Milk
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Flour t55
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 100 g Candied fruit
- 50 g Raisin
- 15 g Icing sugar
Steps
Dough
- Add 150 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 3 eggs, 100 g of milk, 1 vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 100 g of candied fruit, 50 g of raisin in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold to be greased before.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
- Check if the cake is baked through by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Setaside the cake mold let cool.
Final Touches
- Unmold the cake.
- Sprinkle 15 g of icing sugar on the cake mold.
- Serve Immediately.
