Ingredients
- 200 g Butter biscuit
- 80 g Butter
- 250 g Granulated sugar
- 50 g Water
- 4 Eggs
- 500 g Milk
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla flavor
Steps
Biscuit Base
- Add 200 g of butter biscuit in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 80 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
- Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a pie dish or flan dish.
Caramel
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 150 g of granulated sugar, 50 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl.
Flan
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 4 eggs, 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 500 g of milk, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the baking dish.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven filled with water at 180°C during 45min.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the flan is set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 4h .
- Run a knife around the edge of the flan to loosen it.
- Invert it onto a serving plate so the caramel is on top.
- Serve Cold.
