Caramelized onion and tomatoes

Cut in four, and add 100 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Add 30 g of olive oil, 10 g of cassonade brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Add 500 g of cherry tomato, 5 g of thyme in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Add 1 g of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.

Tart

Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
Distribute 50 g of tapenade on a preparation content.
Cover 1 puff pastry with the preparation content.
Tuck the edges down inside the baking dish

Baking

Cook in the oven at 200°C during 25min.
Let cool for a few minutes
Invert the Tatin onto a serving plate
Serve Warm.
