Ingredients
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 730 g Water
- 3 Eggs
- 400 g Coconut milk
- 397 g Unsweetened condensed milk
Steps
Caramel
- Add 100 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 1. Filler cap open
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
- Arrange the prunes on top of the caramel.
Coconut Flan
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 3 eggs, 400 g of coconut milk, 397 g of unsweetened condensed milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the cake mold.
- Cover the cake pan with aluminum foil.
Cooking
- Place the vapor kit.
- Place the cake pan in the Varoma dish.
- Add 700 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix steam: 40:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Invert the flan onto a serving plate before serving.
- Serve Cold.
