  • 80 g Gruyere
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 Pinch(es) Pepper

  • 150 g Goat cheese

Dough

  1. Add 3 eggs, 250 g of milk, 120 g of flour t55, 80 g of gruyere, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.

Filling & Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Brush 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil on a baking dish.
  3. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the baking dish.
  4. Cut in two, and distribute 250 g of cherry tomato on a preparation content.
  5. Distribute 150 g of goat cheese on the preparation content.
  6. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes more if needed.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
  9. Serve Warm.
