- 500 g Apple
- 500 g Pear
- 20 g Lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
- 50 g Cassonade brown sugar
- 50 g Water
Steps
Fruit Prep
- Peel and core the apples and pears.
- Cut into quarters.
- Add 500 g of apple, 500 g of pear, 20 g of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder, 50 g of cassonade brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
Compote Cooking
- Add 50 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Check the consistency.
- If a smoother texture is desired, blend for another 10 seconds at speed 7.
- Serve Warm.
