- 200 g Philadelphia
- 10 g Fresh dill

Steps
Roulade
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 3 eggs, 100 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 6sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper with the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 4sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl on a baking tray.
- Spread the batter evenly.
- Cook in the oven during 12min.
- Check the roulade is golden brown. If not, bake for another 3 minutes.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
Salmon Filling
- Add 300 g of salmon fillet in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of philadelphia in the food processor bowl.
- Add 10 g of fresh dill, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper with the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add the chopped Salmon Fillets
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 4sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Assembly
- Carefully invert the Roulade onto a clean surface.
- Spread the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
- Sprinkle 50 g of grated gruyère over the preparation content.
- Carefully roll up the roulade tightly.
- Wrap the roulade in baking paper.
Final Cooking
- Place the content of the preparation content on the baking tray.
- Cook in the oven during 15min.
- Check the roulade is heated through. If not, bake for another 5 minutes.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
- Slice into even pieces.
