- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
Slow Cooking
- Mix manual: 60:00min / 90°C / Speed 2. Filler cap open
- Check the consistency.
- If a thicker consistency is desired, continue cooking for another 20-30 minutes at 90°C/speed 2.
Final Touches
- Remove the content of the food processor bowl at a Preparation name.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately. Let cool.
