Slow Cooking

  1. Mix manual: 60:00min / 90°C / Speed 2. Filler cap open
  2. Check the consistency.
  3. If a thicker consistency is desired, continue cooking for another 20-30 minutes at 90°C/speed 2.

Final Touches

  1. Remove the content of the food processor bowl at a Preparation name.
  2. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
  3. Seal the jars immediately. Let cool.
