Steps

Zucchini Base

Cut into cubes, and add 500 g of zucchini in the food processor bowl.
Add 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Add 20 g of olive oil, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.

Emulsify and Flavor

Add 10 g of fresh basil, 10 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
Check consistency; blend further if needed.

Toasting Bread

Slice Bread into oval shapes.
Cook in the oven.

Assemble and Serve

Spread the Zucchini mixture generously onto the toasted Bread slices.
Serve Immediately.
