Steps

Almond Flour

Add 250 g of almond, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl let cool.
Setaside the preparation content.

Apple Slices

Peel and core the Granny Smith apples, then slice them thinly.
Add 1 lemon zest beside the preparation content.

Dough and Assembly

Add 100 g of butter, 2 eggs, 1 lemon zest in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
Add 100 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 45sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the dough into an oblong shape.
Arrange the sliced Granny Smith apples evenly over the dough.
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
