Ingredients
- 100 g Hazelnut
- 100 g Almond
- 200 g Butter
- 140 g Granulated sugar
- 200 g Flour t45
Steps
- Add 100 g of hazelnut, 100 g of almond in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 2:05min / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 200 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 140 g of granulated sugar, 200 g of flour t45 in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Setaside in a fridge during 1h .
- Preheat the oven at 175°C.
- Line 4 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Shape the dough into balls the size of a hazelnut, then gently flatten them with your fingers.
- Cook in the oven with rotating heat at 180°C during 10min.
- Initially, let the hazelnut cookies rest for a while on the baking sheet.
- Let it cool on a rack and store it in a nice box.
