Steps

Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Add 2 orange zest in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
Add 2 orange juice, 2 tablespoon(s) of honey, 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil, 2 tablespoon(s) of salted soy sauce, 1 teaspoon(s) of thyme, ½ teaspoon(s) of pepper, ½ teaspoon(s) of salt adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Add 500 g of chicken breast in a baking dish.
Pour half of the sauce over the chicken. Set aside the other half of the sauce.
Cook in the oven at 200°C during 25min to 30min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the oven and pour the hot sauce over it.
Serve hot, accompanied by grilled vegetables or rice.
