Steps

Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Add 500 g of chicken breast in the food processor bowl.
Mix chop: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
Add 200 g of breadcrumb, 200 g of parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon(s) of basil, 1 tablespoon(s) of dried oregano, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, ½ teaspoon(s) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 3. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
Shape the ground meat mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook in the oven at 200°C during 20min to 25min.
While the chicken meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce.
Add 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
