1 Pinch(es) Pepper
3 Tablespoon(s) Tomato sauce
150 g Mozzarella
100 g Salami
50 g Black olive
2 Tablespoon(s) Dried tomato
1 Tablespoon(s) Herb of provence

Steps

Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Add 150 g of flour, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 3 eggs, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Line a roll mold with parchment paper, then pour the batter into the mold.
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.
Take the dough out of the oven and let it cool slightly.
Spread 3 tablespoon(s) of tomato sauce on some dough.
Grate, and add 150 g of mozzarella on the dough.
Sliced, and add 100 g of salami on the dough.
Pit, and add 50 g of black olive on the dough.
Add 2 tablespoon(s) of dried tomato, 1 tablespoon(s) of herb of provence on the dough.
Roll the dough tightly onto itself. Wrap the rolled dough in parchment paper and then in aluminum foil.
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 10min to 15min.
Until the cheese is melted and the roll is hot.
Serve hot and enjoy!
