- 1000 g Pink grapefruit
- 1 Lemon
- 200 g Water
- 1000 g Granulated sugar

Preparation
- Wash, and add 1000 g of pink grapefruit, 1 lemon in the food processor bowl.
- Cut the Pink Grapefruits and Lemons in half. Remove the seeds.
- Cut the Pink Grapefruits and Lemons into quarters.
- Grate the zest of one Pink Grapefruits and one Lemons.
Cooking
- Add 200 g of water, 1000 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Let cool before closing the jars.
