Ingredients
- 200 g Flour t55
- 10 g Baking powder
- 10 g Salt
- 100 g Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 10 g White sesame seed
- 250 g Ground beef
- 50 g Breadcrumb
- 1 Egg
- 10 g Ketchup
- 5 g Mustard
- 2 g Pepper
- 100 g Cherry tomato
Steps
Burger Buns
- Add 200 g of flour t55, 10 g of baking powder, 5 g of salt, 100 g of milk, 30 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Mix knead: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Form small buns.
- Sprinkle 10 g of white sesame seed on some dough.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
Burger Patties
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 250 g of ground beef, 50 g of breadcrumb, 1 egg, 10 g of ketchup, 5 g of mustard, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on the workplan.
- Form small patties.
- Pan fry in the oven with an oil base and turn as soon as the face is golden.
Assembly
- Cut the buns in half.
- Place a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun.
- Cut Cherry Tomatoes in half.
- Cut in two, and add 100 g of cherry tomato on a preparation content.
- Garnish each burger with a half Cherry Tomatoes.
- Place the top half of the bun on top.
