- 20 Sheet(s) Fresh parsley
- 20 Sheet(s) Fresh coriander
- 3 Chicken thighs
- 300 g Water
- 4 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 3 Carrots
- 250 g Frozen green pea
- 6 Potatoes
Steps
- Add 3 cloves of garlic, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 2 teaspoon(s) of ground ginger, 2 teaspoon(s) of turmeric, 2 teaspoon(s) of tomato puree in the food processor bowl.
- Chop, and add 20 sheet(s) of fresh parsley, 20 sheet(s) of fresh coriander in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 3 chicken thighs one by one in the food processor bowl.
- Let it rest for at least 1 hour.
- Add 300 g of water, 4 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 110°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 1 onion, 3 carrots, 250 g of frozen green pea, 6 potatoes in the food processor bowl.
