- 1 Bag(s) Vanilla sugar

- 150 g Chocolate chip
- 250 g Fresh liquid cream
- 125 g Mascarpone
- 3 Tablespoon(s) Nutella

- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cut in pieces, and add 150 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 300 g of flour, 125 g of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar, 1 bag(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 2 in inverse.
- Add 100 g of chocolate chip in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 40sec / 0°C / Speed .
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using the spatula on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
- Place balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Slightly flatten them with the back of a spoon.
- Add 50 g of chocolate chip on a preparation content.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Place the whisk.
- Add 250 g of fresh liquid cream, 125 g of mascarpone in the food processor bowl.
- Setaside the food processor bowl in a freezer during 15min.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 3 tablespoon(s) of nutella in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Crumble cookies at the bottom of four jars.
- Apply a first layer of cream.
